Title: Track Car setup for '97 M3 w/ OBD1/M50,3"strait thru SS exhaust, stock internals
Post by: TheButcher on October 30, 2013, 04:56:56 PM
Hi, I'm new to the group. Just received my WAR chip. I have an S52 motor, stock internals, track car, manual trans, stripped, ~ 2500 lbs, Dinan cold intake, bimmerworld intake tube, removed traction control TB, stock MAF, stock M3 injectors, 3" S.S. straight through exhaust w/ magnaflow muffler on stock M3 headers. Couple questions; 1. should we upgrade stock injectors to take advantage of (assumed?) improved intake and exhaust breathing? 2. use one of the Miller canned recipes? 3. How many HP can we potentially realistically expect from this chip?

I think the common upgrade is the blue top 24lb injectors

I have almost the same setup what tune are you currently using? I'm looking for one to go in when my chip gets here Friday.
