Good tune. I had to modify it alittle bit. The unnecessary stuff i got went back to what it was suppose to be. Other than that, its good.👌👌

hey buddy, care to share the modified tune?

try contacting brody, he's very helpful and he got the answers to your base map matter.
base maps with specific injectors and some other information can only be supplied by him.

Turbo Tuning / Re: Car is dead ? Need help

Here is an update today
I connected the ecu to my laptop and it seems flickering usb found/not found then i was able to read it and it has no files other than the mpchip or something like that I tried to write files on it again with no luck it says 100% I look into the chip and there is only mpchip file !!!
What is the problem?

hey there, not sure if you solved the problem or not, but apparently there are no tunes on the WAR chip!
the file you're talking about has the name mpcchip, and for the tunes you should have at least one more file. but since you have no other files there you basically have no tunes at all.

contact brody in order to supply you with the proper turbo tune, if you have it then let me know in order to proceed with the next step on how to get your chip working again :)

car is sounding really good man, nicely done.
i'm concerned about the AFR reading i see on the AFR gauge, you're running very lean on fuel so be careful.

Hey there, nice build :)

you can either wait for someone with the same build or something close, but you and I have no idea when that will happen, so the best thing to do is to take things and do them yourself!

since you are familiar with fuels tables and tuned a megasquirt then you'll easily be able to adjust the fuel tables on a WAR chip, especially that you have a wide band sensor.
you can easily start with a stock or a performance tune for the 402 and adjust the fuel values. if you have a knock sensor to help you with the turning that would be perfect.

as for the injectors, i advise you to run the 24# injectors, they will definitely be more than enough to run your setup. you could also go for the 21# ones but i'm suggesting the 24# ones because they will be enough for sure.

take it slowly while tuning and you'll be there for sure, i did that to my build and i'm happy about the results :)

keep us updated about how it goes buddy

Dear jdparke3, millerperformance is actually referring to the sensor located at the diff.
The 413 DME gets a signal from that sensor to operate the car correctly, and having that sensor to be damaged or faulty will significantly affect the performance of the car when the wheels are running.

please check if the diff sensor is working properly or not because in your graph there is a cut off / rev limit at 6100 then at 6300 RPM which is not normal.

both the crank sensor and diff sensor are designed to work and handle high frequencies.
if the sensor at the diff is not working correctly then checking the DME for faults with a code scanner will most probably give you the code for a VSS fault code (Vehicle Speed Spensor).

I personally had a problem with this particular sensor 2 times in the past, one time 4 years ago where the sensor was damaged, second time about 3 months ago or less where the wire transferring the signal from the sensor to the DME was a short and caused a fault code.

check it out and let us know.

hey buddy,

what is your setup? injectors size? tune that you are using?
give us as much information as possible in order to be able to diagnose the problem and find the reason and get to the solution part.

WAR Software Support / Re: no start issues
« on: July 21, 2014, 03:14:58 AM »
if the car runs well on one chip and not the other (assuming that you are using the SAME ECU for both chips, i mean physically the same ECU) then the problem is with the tune.

i would suggest calling miller on their support line and checking with them before sending the car to a pro, phone #: 855 269 8863

but please make sure that you tested both chips on the same ECU in order to eliminate the chances of an ECU malfunction.

keep us updated buddy :)

well maybe you should try loading different S50 tunes, just for the sake of knowing if the problem is with the tune or what.

load different s50 tunes to the chip and try cranking the car with those different tunes and let's see what happens.

i very much believe in this case that it is a tune issue only.
