Did you download the War chip wizard yet? Tell us what the issues your are having are and ill do my best to walk you through.  You need to download java 7.25, dont forget to uninstall the old java.

You can download the war chip wizard here: www.millerperformancecars.com/customer99/wiz/

This is also under the FAQ: http://forums.millerperformancecars.com/index.php?topic=52.0

When you plugged in the USB to the chip did the wizard come up? Be sure to watch the tech videos if you have not done so.

If the wizard didn't come up you can download it. Its under "software suppoert" and the Pined post thats for "FAQ".

WAR Software Support / looking for ECU
« on: November 15, 2014, 07:26:04 PM »
Im having the same issue with the blank interface. I had the program starting to write the files then all of a sudden it stated at the bottom in the status bar "looking for Chip".

I have tried unplugging the chip to the USB, plugging it back in with no luck. I have also tried deleting the Wizard software and re-downloading it and reopening it, but its not working.

Page 24 of the manual Talks about fixing this issue. The main problem is that the software is not recognizing my ecu as a 413 anymore. (this is talked about in the FAQ).  Before I read the FAQ I figured i would go to "tools" The tab under "add ECU and I deleted the 413 ecu. I figured i could reset the system.

According to the instructions i would have fixed the problem if i just clicked the 413 ecu.

Now im having problems  getting the 413 ecu tab to be there. I have tried to reset everything, but its not working out.
