Hello all,

I just purchased the WAR Chip and am starting this topic to post my maps for myself and for others, as well as brag about my "daily driver project." These maps will be tested by me before posting.

My car-
1995 BMW E36 325I
Engine- M50TUB25 w/ red label 413 DME (Non-EWS)
Trans- Getrag 5-speed manual
Rear end- 3.15:1 LSD
Mileage as of 12/02/2016- 218,000 (and still running strong)

Dry compression tests reveal 180psi on all cylinders
Oil leaks from valve cover

Performance Upgrades-
Custom aFe Power True CAI
Decatted Resonated Sport Exhaust w/ DTM Tips (sounds amazing ;))
UUC Double Sheer Selector Rod
Polyurethane Bushings (right now just LCAB's)

This is my daily driver, but it just isn't fast enough for me...yet. I plan on slapping a turbo on it within the next few years (after an engine rebuild of course) but I'm staying with the M50. I'm doing it, of course, with the Miller WAR Chip. I plan on rebuilding it soon for around 300-350HP N/A through cams, ported/polished heads, headers, and a refreshed block and rotating assembly. One day, however, when I put the turbo on, I want it to make around 500WHP.

Also, my car's name is Soundcraze. And fun fact- I'm from Texas, so my tunes will be based on warmer weather until winter (which is now).

TUNES CAN BE FOUND HERE --> https://goo.gl/SHANx6
(Note- My tunes are based off of the ones in the Tune Cache, they are not mine unless specified)

Cheers y'all,
     Jon

I need to first say that the Miller team is awesome.  They did contact me personally and we resolved this when I was having this issue.  I unfortunately had over a year of distractions (work assignments out of state) and my project went on the shelf for a while.

This was not a JAVA issue, as noted in the original post everything was working fine for several weeks (over two dozen up loads) until I changed the program switch on the ECU during the upload.

We did end up sending the chip back to Miller and they reloaded the base configuration.  Very quick turnaround, no charge, etc.  The chip has worked flawlessly since and I am now getting a little time to get back to the project.

Sorry I didn't check the forum for a while. Have you found a solution? I have to search for the files or download them from the car.

Update on my build. Found that my FPR had a steady leak from its diaphragm which explained my rich idle. Furthermore I decided to delete my traction control unit all together because I found post MAF leaks at the ASC throttle body. Beforehand I had also been throwing a TPS fault code after about 10-15 min of highway driving, even with a new TPS. The traction control delete has since prevented that TPS code from coming up again. Stalling cold start I dle issues have subsided! The only thing now is my confusion with the idle fuel maps, because once the car is warm I can't seem to lean out the idle AFRs from any changes from the idle fuel maps alone. The car currently runs at 10.9-11.1 AFR at idle....am I missing something?

You are probably using the WRONG version of java. Don't download the newest, use this version...

How are you even running the MAF without the proper flange to bolt it to?

Hi Talk to Brody a while ago mayb year and a half about rich idle and cel coming on after 5,10 or whenever miles it feels like...also about my kit not having the aluminum maf weld on plate...
Still havent got this plate that was suppose to be mailed to me, left messages since more recent also.
For the rich idle and cel, Ive tried the countless things Ive read online but nobody has stumbled across a correct fix for these things that Ive read anywhere in almost 2yrs..
My car ran better with an afpr an a begi fmu an stock dme than it has so far with $1600 worth of parts from miller p.
I have got it to run fine at wot but only halfa$$ for the rest of the rpm range an idle an thats with 3 different types of turbo's.
So what gives? I see hundreds of questions to miller p but no answers..atleast any answer that works.
Do we have support with this or is it all going toward newer vehicle R&D?

Thanks

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has a base map for an OBD1 converted M52B28 with 21lb injectors, stock cams, and a 3" MAF.
I feel the 3.5" MAF is completely unnecessary for my setup, so I'd rather not hunt one down just to run a tune.

Thanks!
