war chip uploading tunes

I redid my computer. I plugged in my chip after I installedt he software again. Chip has the blo thru base tune on it and two custom tunes. When I go hit read allity brings up the names of the tunes in the little tabson the tables but brings up no data! WHY?!?!? Someone please help!!

Im sure ur missing one file , Which is Your ECU file, what is your ECU#?
