1991 318is s38b36 engine tune and upgrade options

Hi guys, i bought a couple weeks ago an s38b36 swapped 1991 318 is. The engine is stock without crankdrive cooling fan, no power steering and the car will have track pipe. The engine is in great shape. How much bhp should i expect from a warchip tune? Is water meth is worth the cost to enjoy an agressive timming map?
im open to any suggestions. Now the car is in the garage and ready to have some love during the rigourous winter here in Canada.

Welcome. Water/meth won't do anything for an NA car. What ECU is in the car? the 350 ECU?
