Help me fix my AFR

(1/2) > >>

Alameer:
Hello guys,

I had my car dyno tested last night to check how much power it's making.
came out with some nice numbers (203 WHP, 259 WTQ), but i was surprised by the AFR curve and the huge torque drop !!!
please check the attached picture to see the curves.
can anyone help me make them smoother and better?
attached also is the tune i used, which is the unmodified miller performance tune.

my car does not have an oxygen sensor installed (long story)
block and head are m50, rotating assembly is m52 2.8L
original Alpina headers.
stock m50 injectors rated at #17

please let me know if you required additional information.

I would appreciate all the help i can get for this matter.

Alameer:
anyone ?

bry195:
I would shoot for 12.7 across the board at wide open throttle

Alameer:
What about the huge drop in torque that is clearly seen in the synonyms sheet, any idea or help on how to fix it?

e30productions:
i would say where you are having a huge torque drop you might wanna change the numbers on your warchip right where it is dropping and see where that gets you. So where the torque drop stops start there with changing the numbers possibly advance some ignition timing. idk what you have changed on your tune but im thinking possibly too much fuel or ignition timing retarded to much???
