Hi all,
I am about to test my car with a WAR chip + 3 MAF conversion. Currently I have a 2.7 stroker (M20B25 with ETA crank and rods, 325i pistons, shaved block and VAC adjustable cam gear); stahl long tube headers followed by 2 pipes of 1 and 3/4 inch diameter each, high flow custom made resonator and muffler; M50 green top injectors (I believe 17.5 lb.) I will start testing a 2.8 + stroker tune I found on this forum and also several 87 octane regular MAF tunes also from Miller forum. If someone has a similar set up and experience I would appreciate if a tune could be shared. I live in Costa Rica, Central America and the quality of gasoline here is questionable so I would prefer to start testing 87 octane tunes first. I will also share here anything I can came up with. BTW awesome and prompt support from Brody, I have been bothering with newbie questions and he has been very polite and fast with the answers, helped me a lot so far! This is my E30: https://www.flickr.com/photos/cyrmanj/sets/72157622504416498 |

I'm doing an engine swap to an S52 OBDII so i dont need my WAR chip anymore.
I dont know if miller allows FS threads but i figured i'd give it a shot. I am asking for $250, it comes installed in an e30 173 ECU with tuning and tune select cables installed. http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?p=4429844#post4429844 |

The tune can't change by itself. Put the S/C tune in ALL four positions. If things are "Changing" it isn't the tune.

What operating system are you using? Format the chip to ensure it is erased. If it failed to write and left a partially - deemed corrupt now - file that will lock up the writing process.

No there is no way for you to select injector size as there is much more to it than simply changing the constant. Because it is far too difficult for 90% of customers, we can provide base tunes for different size injectors if we have developed them in the past. What size do you want to run and for what application?
