Title: cannot find ecus on drop down

Tried this stupid program on 4 laptops now..different javas etc..xp, 7 & 8. If i didnt live in england id of driven this product back to your office and shoved it through your letter box.  Why can i not find no ecus..cant even install it because of this problem.
