Title: Strange oscillating high/low idle when hot

Is anyone else having the issue where once you drive the car hard/get it hot the idle is inconsistent? My idle will go from 800, hold for a few moments, then jump up to 1200-1500 for a few seconds, and drop down again. Its really bizarre. It only happens when the car is hot. Does not improve when I turn off the O2

I would check the following in this order,

vacuum leaks (pressure test)
throttle body spring, idle screw, throttle cable
TPS
ICV
MAF
