Title: need tune for m50 with s50 cams and 540 maf

hi guys im new to this forum. i have a 02/95 325is with s50 cams, 540 3.5 maf, s52 valves and springs, and full cat-less exhaust from AA. i need help with a proper tune. may car is not running right with the tune i put on it now. it runs weird for like 20 mins then the check engine light comes on and it runs better but i think its running rich. or in like safe mode. not sure. has any done a good tune with this setup? can you help me.. thanks

i will assume that you are currently using the m50 tune with s50 cams.
that tune is not intended for use with the 3.5 MAF, so try switching to the original 3" MAF, I believe that will solve your issues.
if you plan on keeping the 3.5 MAF then you will need a custom tune on a dyno.

Is the 540 maf actually working? What are you air fuels? Do you have a check engine light on?

You'd be surprised how well the stock air flow table curve will work with a 540 MAF. You'd also be surprised what tuners sell 3.5" MAF tunes using stock software...
