Title: WAR CHIP Upload stuck at 9%
Post by: millerperformance on August 06, 2013, 02:44:17 PM
If any of you have updated to the latest JAVA, you will notice that the upload function of the WAR Chip software has broke. We are resolving this with the new Version of the windows software that will be released soon. In the mean time, please downgrade your JAVA version to V7.17. I have included it in the link bellow.

Make sure you completely reomoved the "old" new JAVA. If it is stuck at 9% still, the wrong JAVA is still in/on the computer.

The WAR Chip works with MAC if you run a Virtual Machine. We have a number of MAC customers who do that.

I've downgrade the Jave to V7.17 but still can't write WAR chip in my laptop, that running with Windows 7. Always stock on 20%. Any suggestion?

Another question is, why WAR software always takes long time to connect with WAR chip, normally will take more than 1~2 mins or longer?

Thanks

That is the problem with windows 7 we are trying to sort. The delay in communication. That is also why Windows 7 will not write to the WAR Chip and will get stuck at 20% Do not down grade to 7.17 Use the last version of JAVA in build 7 which is 7.75. However, that still will not make it work on Win7 unless you use Virtual XP.
