Naturally Aspirated Tuning / Re: Advice for m50b25tu with m54b30 intake cam

Hey, I'm also looking at putting an M54 cam in for my intake, a 330i ZHP cam (S50 exhaust cam - timing/installation with stock tools FTW).  JC43089, any chance the you've made progress on figuring out the maps for your M54 3.0 intake? You're only 4 degrees and 0.3mm lift away from mine; also, what intake are you running - M50 or M52, and have you done anything to your tune for that?

Naturally Aspirated Tuning / Re: Best tune for this setup

I'm putting together something similar, an M52B28 bottom end with a M54 ZHP intake cam (248 degrees, 10.0mm lift) and an S50 exhaust cam (240 degrees, 9.7mm lift), but I want to run the M52 manifold for the half-dozen extra torque in the 3000's (don't get over 4800 RPM very often).  I can run a 3.5" HFM if needed, but would think the 3.0 stocker would be just fine (bonus question: does the over-sized HFM actually affect the tune or have provable results on the dyno?).  I've also got M52 tubular headers and an aftermarket cat-back exhaust, and pink top 21.5# injectors.
My main question is this: what changes do I need to be making in timing and fuel to switch that tune (M52 OBD1 Manifold 21 Lb Inj 3-5 MAF) from the OBD1 intake manifold to the OBD2 manifold - or any other tune from the OBD1 to OBD2 intake?
