I think it's like 6-8 inches from the throttle body is what I've  seen. That's where mine is and it works great

Turbo Tuning / Re: Stock m52b28 maf power??!!

Just buy the m50 turbo tuning kit. Comes with a maf. The stock ones are not sufficient from what I've read everywhere. With the whole kit 300whp is 100% obtainable without any issue

Turbo Tuning / Re: e85 tune

I ran the base tune with the 60lbs and the car was a riot. But I want more. E85 is the way to do such things. I'm hoping Brody reads this. He's helped me a lot.

Turbo Tuning / e85 tune
« on: January 26, 2015, 01:05:27 PM »
So I'm switching out my 60lb injectors for 100lb (if I can find some). And I'm going to run e85. My question is, can I get a base tune for that setup? E85 and 100lb injectors? Thanks!

WAR Hardware Support / super rich idle with idle surge
« on: September 01, 2014, 10:30:37 AM »
Okay. Here's my dilemma now. Put the base tune on and everything. Started the car last night. It idled at a 10 flat. And I let it run for close to 10 mins without touching the gas. When I went to rev it slightly it wouldn't go past 3k. IT eventually shut off and wouldn't start... Today I got it to start after turning it over for over a minute. And it ran like crap and just stayed at 10 flat still for afr. Someone please tell me WTH is going on. I just want to drive the car but it runs so rich it barely runs..

Or is there a way I can write the base tune directly to the chip instead of using their installer.

Here's my question. How is a shop supposed to tune with miller when it has no live logging. And I have an issue with not having shops in my area that work with miller. I live near Minneapolis st. Paul area. So if I could get some answers there that'd be cool.

You should be able to run a wideband with no issues. Before your o2 sensor probably I would guess

Turbo Tuning / wideband sensor

I'm wondering how far apart I should run my wideband from my turbo. And how far apart should I run my o2 sensor from my wideband?

Turbo Tuning / oil pressure gauge
« on: February 14, 2014, 08:03:09 AM »
Hi. I'm putting this thread in turbo tuning only because its turbo related. For me I guess. Okay. So I'm buying a glowshift oil pressure gauge, but I can't seem to find the oil pressure sending unit. Can someone help? And also if there is any way to tell me if the glow shift one will work. It would be much appreciated  :)

And everything your car is doing shows up in the tables its just no live logging if I'm understanding correctly? I'm still 100% set on it. I've read its the best I can buy from numerous sources
