Is the 173 ECU going to have Launch control at any point? or is that not possible?

Turbo Tuning / WOT Switch
« on: August 26, 2013, 06:33:31 AM »
Having a little trouble finding info on which wire to cut for the TPS, I know it's the Wire that sends WOT signal but not sure what pin that is. Any help would be appreciated!

89 325i turbo

Thanks

Found the answer! the base map i was usuing was for some reason making the car run like crap but i wrote a new map and it fired right up! just getting the clutch broken in now then off to the tuner!

No they are 42lb injectors, my mistake, I bought all the parts so long ago i forgot what i have lol, anyway i called miller earlier tonight and not sure if it was brody i talked to or not, but I also forgot to splice the wiring for the 12volt MAF so i did that and the car still is just running super rich, so rich its fouling the plugs out, I tested the MAF and the voltages tested out fine, Im stooped. Its acting like the MAF is not even there. Also i noticed i had my rev limit set to 3800 just so i knew the computer was getting the tune and it reved right past that point, any idea why that would be? Im beginning to think this is a mechanical problem and not a tune/maf problem, i just want to drive it already. the build took long enough lol. hellllp

PS: I checked the timing 3 times and im fairly certain its not an issue.

Actually it's only 4 values lol I suppose you could just tell me those, that would be a lot easier, originally the cam was 180 out, it was firing on the exhaust stroke, so I pulled the belt and fixed that now I'm at least getting it to fire, it's a mess lol but I'm sure will figure it out

Ya I'm fairly positive it's running on the chip, ill drop the rev limit to 3k when I get home to make sure, that's the only way to check right? Other then that I can't figure it out, could you screen shot your "cranking fuel map for me?
