I CANNOT EVEN GET THE WIZARD TO LOAD! help!!

i have contacted miller but they are closed so i will try again tommorw but i have windows 7 and i downloaded vm ware and the warchip pops up and files are there but the wizard will not open at all. i cant even do anything it just plugs in and shows me these files which i cannot open and will not even run the wizard please help!!

the chip says 5b and it is brand new

make sure you can see the chip through My computer or windows explorer in the xp machine on vm ware. then you have to have the correct Java installed. you can download the wizard from the forum and there is also a good writeup from miller on all steps.
