1-launch control doe not work and rev limit only works above 0 ground speed

since you're saying that launch control is not working that means that you're running either 413 or 506 ECU.
did you follow the instructions on how to enable launch control mode?
please provide us with more details in order to be of more help.
please take screenshots of the launch control and RPM limit pages if possible.

413, I followed all directions to enable. the problem is that if I look at the DME through it shows 26mph but if I look at the signals from the sensor in the dif its 0 and if I look at the wheel speed sensors for abs it says 0.

launch control does not work becasue its waiting for 0 speed to enable. rev limit on works above the 26mph speed the dme sees. I suspect the DME or the chip.
