Please help me tune my car

I have an e36 m50 engine with obd1 413 computer war chip with cx racing top mount turbo 8 psi boost .0140 head spacer and miller 6occ injectors any help with a tune to get the car to start would be great.

Hi, start by cutting the green wire in the connector beside the intake(pin 8 I think)
Otherwise it won't run..
Then go from there for reasons unknown as of now I've had to completely modify all fuel maps the brody sent. Adding fuel in p/t maps and around 165 for wot maps.
My idle afr is rich and so far no matter what I change in the chip they remain untouched 10.9-11.3 at idle( wrkn on that issue)
Anywah leave the timing as it is

turn the o2 off as well.
 as far as idles afr goes it took me awhile. I seem to recall having to screw around with pt throttle low load and rpm at some point but I have problems with maps moving because of CEL. 1216 seems to mess with pt throttle and wot and it has been awhile but maybe even idle. I disconnect the icv and iirc all the maps are responding properly. seems like idle load is around 110 with no accessories on.
