War Chip .mpc files will not upload

The problem I'm Having is similar to others. I have downloaded the wizard, and .mpc files. However when I try to upload them the will not respond/ load saying "incompatible data file". The procedure I have used is finding the "wc" folder through the "C drive", locating the tune I want, and loading it. Still nothing is working. Could someone please help. Thank you.
