Cant start the program.? Plz help me

Hi, got my warchip last week.
First i installed it on my windows 7 computer but then i remember it didnt work with 7.(The program works)
So i installed it on my other computer (xp) but when i try to start the program it just thinks for 2 sek and then nothing, if i look in proces(ctrl/alt/del) i see that it pops up for 2 sek before it goes away :/
Try to do the same with one more xp laptop and the same problem.
I have tried with different java to. Please come with ideas. I want to start the engine asap.

Hi. Yes i have tried a couple. There was link on the forum with 7-17 or something. And same problem with that.

Same problem here...

on windows 7 it open the program, and i can see the wizard files on the chip, installed it on windows 7... today I plug it on windows XP desktop and there´s no files on the chip, download wizard and try to install the software and everything until its time to open the program and it wont open, now I plug the chip to windows 7 again and it´s blank the chip and wont open the program too...

the car doesn´t start either...

I fixed it myself.
What language is you xp installed in? If you go in to war chip map/files, can you see an error file? What does it say?

there is a link somewhere on the forum in troubleshooting and there is a link to download the software right there download it on xp and install it and run it. had the same problem i have windows 7. they do not have the software ready for windows 7 and they are currently working on it. use windows xp or get a virtural machine with windows xp on your windows 7. thats what i did and it works great and no problems. somewhere i think on trouble shooting in the threads somewhere or its in war chips issues or somthing you will find the link to download it. or just email them or call them. im sure they will email it to you

Has nothing to do with Windows 7, the problem is on xp.

The problem is with any XP version not in English, you have to get the English version of windows XP if you're on another country or another language.

I've installed the English version of XP on a virtual machine and it worked great...

The assistance from Miller Performance was really good, they help me via email...

We just tried today with an Spanish version WIN XP and the Warchip.exe APP didnt work , maybe is because of the spanish Win XP y will try with another laptop win 7 and virtual machine.

If you go to the war chip files/map in your computer you should see an error file. I you open that file and look at the direktories(from Sweden so i cant spel so god) then you se for an example.
C:user/your name/appliationdata etc. Probobly you should make a new map named application data and in that one make the other map you can see in the error file. Cant remember what its called. I can look when om at my computer. You already have this maps but its spelled wrong, so just do two new empty maps.
